Indoor Paint Removal
We were requested to carry out some indoor line marking removal at Manchester’s Royal Mail sorting office warehouse one weekend.
The work was done late on a Saturday night and we were required to carry out the work as quickly and efficiently as possible – no problem for us with our range of amazing equipment.
The warehouse, which measured over 1200m2, was completely cleaned in one night. All the lines were removed speedily and thoroughly, using nozzles set at an 18 degree angle, working at 1400 bar, using 21 litres of water per minute. These settings enabled us to achieve a brilliant result for these clients.
The drainage grids in paint shops can soon block up with dried residual paint, making surfaces slippery and dangerous. Many cleaning processes will damage the grids, so it is crucial to maintain them in a way that will preserve them but also keep the work area functioning as it should.
Hydroblast can clean these grids with high pressure water jetting machinery, which allows residue removal without causing damage, scratching or distortion. We are experts when it comes to cleaning paint shops, we know the best methods to give you the results that you require.
In addition, we can use our process to clean manufacturing tanks in paint factories – such as if a mix has been made incorrectly or just for general tank maintenance.
